After seeing only 4-5 homes, Jeff was standing in the driveway of our now new home when we arrived for our first look. He said, “I think this is it!” He then guided us, worked directly with our mortgage lender, and made our purchase happen in a very difficult market for buyers. A dream come true for us! Our story began as my wife and I were tasked to sell a family property in Torrington where I met my wife over 50 years ago. Since we moved South a remote sale is not possible without Help, Trust, Communications and a person who goes the extra 100 miles to get things done. This person is Jeffery Geddes. I could sit hear and write a 20 page review on all his achievements he performed to get the job done. Need a realtor who makes you feel like your his number one and only customer, Jeffery Geddes is that person.
